Any Good shots of OEM Carbon Fiber trim?

My Z has the silver Aluminum crap inside and before the summer comes my goal is to get rid of it! i had a MK1 TT before this car and to me the metal trim is just to much compared to the perfectly done TT metal interior, like i said it has to go!

I priced the Carbon Fiber OEM trim (not the M leather, but instead the glossy Trim BMW sells) and to me it fits the best with my interior color (black) and the paint color (dark gray) but i can not find any really good photos of it installed.

anyone have any pics?

Garage List
that glossy trim isn't carbon fiber, it's piano black.

personally think alum trim goes well with the door handles and such. better than wood interior...

No they actually do have a real carbon fiber trim set as well as the piano black.
I cant find any good pics of it at the moment, but it does look awesome.

I believe you're mistaken. Unless you live in Europe and you can get the super custom personal options, then you're stuck with the following OEM options:
* Brushed Aluminum, fine-grain
* Fine wood Madeira, red-brown
* Carbon-look leather, black (which has a carbon-fiber texture to it)

There are no other OEM options available, so odds are you're thinking of the leather.

Here's a link to the BMW option sheet listing the available interior trims: http://www.bmw-me.com/me/en/newvehic..._datasheet.pdf

carbon fiber (again Glossy not carbon leather as in M car)
http://accessories.bmwusa.com/ItemVi...=1&subItemId=9

This has long been a $1200+ option for USA customers. I heard of people having it ordered and installed from local dealers but i never seen it nor can i find any good pics.

recently USA customers can purchase these also

Cirrus, Maritime, Piano Black, and others now from a USA Dealer
http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc....html?cat=1008
link won't take you directly to the page, just select z4 roadster, interior, and then interior trim

you can find some of these on Ebay easily also now..

USA still can not purchase the two tone leather Individual Trim interior that i know of..
http://www.bmwz4roadster.net/brochure/Z4_Ex_Sport.pdf

Again I really can not stand the metal that's in there now, like i said before going from the MKI TT the Z4 metal looks overdone and just wrong. i am surprised nobody on the Forums has done it before??

I seen lots of the M carbon leather before, its decent but anything that is Embossed to me is fake and cheap (the Carbon Leather is just embossed leather). kind of like buying Embossed Alligator shoes, its fake. My other option is having the Trim wrapped in String Ray or Black Ostrich but that's insane. i looked into painting the interior trim the same color with a clear coat as my dark Gray outside, problem is it will clash with the cheap plastic painted door handles. Looked into having the metal trim pieces anodized black, but that still would look to weird and it would scratch way to easily.

not sure what i am going to do by summer but the Carbon Fiber (glossy) is in front of the other ideas now.

i am crazy with my interior cause it is the major part of the car you always live with and see all the time.

If your asking about new pieces, I just looked up the part number for the center console (51166961773) on Tischer, and it shows as still available. Didn't check the dash pieces, but you can get the numbers from RealOEM.

If you are looking for used, they seems to be rare. I have the Cirrus Aluminum trim set on my car, with the Chromeline interior pieces on the wheel, door pulls, and roll bar covers. Looks good.
