For the sake of argument, have any of you seen the quality of the OEM, or NOAH equivalent covers? I have seen the Walmart cover, and it is nowhere even close.

Perhaps, if it is to keep dust off in a garage, I buy the argument that the Walmart cover is sufficient, but for anything that will be exposed to the elements, you guys are kidding, right?

Anyone who can afford one of these cars surely wouldn't expose it to the elements would they? You are kidding, right?

Seriously the only reason I cover my car is so I can leave the top down when I pull into the garage and the interior doesn't fill up with dog hair !

I bought this cover for indoor use -- of course the BMW car cover is better -- way better -- I even mentioned that in the original post. This is definitely not a cover for outdoor use. My car sits untouched until April, and at that point the cover either gets thrown away or put away until next year...

It's great for keeping dust/dirt off the canvas top, and thats why I bought it....

You are all banished from the BMW club and must forfeit your membership cards immediately. You know you are supposed to only use approved BMW stuff, pay a thousand dollars for it, get treated badly by the vendor and then...go back for more.
