Still looking for a set of these in black. SOMEONE must have a set of these they would be willing to sell. My life as a vert owner won't be complete without them.

I got mine about two years ago from Roadster Solutions. Don't know if they remain available or not.
They do look great.

Yeah, they have been discontinued. Nobody can get them anymore including those guys...tried them first.

When I got mine I got the beige ones which were easier to find and then painted them with interior paint. Came out perfect.

There must be a ton of these laying unused in various garages.
I had them for my roady but eventually stopped using them after stopping numerous times to pick them up at the side of the road.

That's always been my problem. Now I only use them if we are going to have a long stretch of nice weather. I always forget to take them out before hitting the top up button. I am quite surprised at how durable the latches are after going boing several times.

Just picked up a set, less than $100.

The guy I bought them from said that if you leave them installed and try to put the trunk up, they pop out and land on the ground. This i knew. He also said that after doing that 3 or 4 times, the clips will break off. I hadn't heard this before, its making me think these are hard to find because most of them have been broken and thrown away.

Watch your local craigslist (and any nearby cities), just search Z4 and look through everything that comes up. I found these as part of a large package of accessories, they weren't specifically listed in the title so they would have been easy to miss.
