O owe 10K at the end of my lease. Which I will pay off and own the car. Like I said. It worked out better this way because i saved $4,200.00 When you drive something you love than the payments dont really matter. I always lease cars also because I dont keep anything. I like to drive the latest and newest BMW. I dont now why its just cause I do. Thursday I was bored and almost leased an AW-Imola red with carbon Trim M6 with a 6 speed manual for 24/months 12K miles 0 out of pocket for 1,500 a month. But I think I would rather get a new GT3. The M Coupe is the only car I have ever gotten attached to and wanted to keep. Like the other guy says. Lease/Own whatever, until you have title in hand the car is not yours. Sometimes finance works better, sometimes lease. In my case the Lease worked out better. And all I owe is 10K at the end of 3 years which is no big deal. And I own the car. Its looking more and more like I will be paying cash for a 135i tho.

I don't get it. You're obviously a kid or you wouldn't be referring to your 'rents financial participation in this rather expensive little hobby you have with exotic and expensive cars. Yet they have bad credit?? Doesn't add up, son. Unless it's all just a house of cards. You're on the road to bad credit yourself at the rate you're throwing $$ around on cars. And apparently it isn't even your own money.

It make sense. When I bought my first car at 22 I had to have my parents cosign cuz I had no credit...Without my parents cosigning I would have had to pay a butload of interest, with my parents cosigning I had to pay 0
I still don't own my own company tho...

I added my fathers construction experience. He came to America in 88 and I came in 89. He was doing construction his whole life. I started mine in 2002. But it looks better with 20+ years.
