Hi,

Got some rubbing, how do I solve this the easy way? Raise the car even more? Larger spacer?

EC-7 18x9.5 et35 fronts
Toyo r888 255/35/18
KW clubsport
H&R 5mm spacer

I had the same issue with my KW V3's and ARC-8's 18x9" et42. Installed 12mm spacers with it and this was the result. Turns out it comes super low out of the box so it just didn't clear it. I raised it a little and it cleared just fine, no issue ever since. Don't worry about it, the car can still sit pretty low once you adjust it. Some camber would also help.

thats no where near enough clearance OP... you need to space the wheels out 5mm and use hub extenders or change to a less aggressive front wheel setup, the clubsport damper unit uses a helper spring so the perch sits right in line with the tyre, this reduces clearances, so when you push the envelope on what your running, what your seeing happens, but you need a minimum of 3-4mm clearance as the tyre deflects ALOT more than you'd think, you will damage your tyre and more expensively the damper perch if you run like this.

It's alot better now, the angle on the picture above is pretty bad. After a few hours of tweaking and a 5mm spacer theres plenty of clearence. can't wait to track it!

12mm spacer should do the trick

What front camber are you running? I use a 5mm spacer and run -3.2 camber in the front and no rubbing issues. Running a 18x9.5 et35 square setup with a 5mm spacer in front and 12mm spacer in rear.
