I just completed the Valve Job on my MC and probably wont need it for awhile since i only drive the car in the warm months.
It is a complete kit with no missing shims. It also comes with the Magnetic. The two part numbers are
Shim set #11340031525
Installation tool #83300493743

All these could be your for $325 shipped.

hehe...because it was a good price. "Pay it forward" I purchased it used (with few missing shims), refilled with new ones and sold it for same price. Check out e46fanatics and M3Forum, there might a few for sale there.
Good luck with the Valve Job. The Valve Shims Kit and Installation Tool are a must for the job. DO NOT do it until you have the all the shims (most dealers do not have shim in stock).
