AC Schnitzer rear diffuser potential group buy interest?

If the price was less than 1450 shipped to anywhere in America, realistically who would be interested?

It is the best looking diffuser on the market IMO. I'm wondering if it has any real aero advantages over the stock piece though, or if it's just for looks. Anyone know?

If anyone wants to see it installed, here are a few pictures from this thread.

I have one. Honestly, it's for looks. Retail including tax and shipping to USA would be $2200.

This looks like non-reversible mod.

I might be interested depending on price and timing.

To install it, one needs to cut the lower part of the stock diffuser off. That part is non-reversible.

That was always my issue with this piece.
I thought it looked great painted white on Roman's coupe but it was such a waste to be done in CF.

I am considering Varis rear diffuser and spoiler. Varis doesn't look as good as ACS but it is functional. Rear diffuser will move up on my mod list as I am closer to 4.10 gearing mod.

I looked into this a while back - ACS wouldn't sell me the diffuser without the rear silencer! also - no movement on the price, even with a forum backing a group buy.
When a company is so up its own arse, and not really interested in their potential customers out there - i'm forced to look elsewhere.

It's a nice piece but I like the look of the stock diffuser more than this. All we are missing is an undertray on our cars. Yes, there are a few we can buy but for 2K ... pass. I'd buy a plastic version if they ranged in price of $500-900.

imho, this rear diffusor gives the whole "too much plastic" feeling. Especially painted.

I like diffusors that look more like AMG / black series diffusor. Nice thin aero fins or what not.

From a design standpoint i Do see its appeal.
