Taking my M Coupe in for it's first oil change under my ownership. The car is running perfect, I'm worried they'll screw something up! Any one else get apprehensive about things like this?

yea i do, i stand at the service bay with the techie while the done my run in service

I have always done all my own servicing even though my vehicle is fully covered under BMW's factory warranty.

I just don't like people touching my ride and yes I have had very bad experiences in the past.

As they say, 'Once bitten twice shy'.

The most important things you can do before leaving are:
1-Make sure they put the cap back on (you'd be surprised how often the cap doesn't get put back on).
2-Make sure they didn't fill it past max will damage the engine.
