Factory Ipod music streaming for Z4 Bluetooth capable
I recently removed my BMW stereo system and selling the factory ipod audio connector which integrates directly into the system. Part # 65110035962 You can connect a Bovee Ipod Bluetooth adapter to allow this to connect to a Bluetooth phone and the system will register it. I previously had it on the system, but moved it to my other car. |

I still have it. The bovee you need is the bovee 1000
https://www.amazon.com/Bovee-Wireless-Bluetooth-Interface-Integration/dp/B00B52LLJ6 Sometimes you can pick up a second hand one for around 50 dollars on ebay. These work forever as long as it was not dropped or damaged. I have them in all my older model cars that don't have Bluetooth audio. Basically you connect it to the iPod connector in the car (for the z4 this kit i am selling) then you just control the unit like it is an iPod. The bovee connects to your Bluetooth device as an speaker or headset and basically transfers that signal to your cars ipod connection. The car can control the stop play and forward and reverse tracks just like it would an iPod player. I can provide the pdf to install this iPod kit if you need. |
