Is this the ultimate shooting brake? Or just ugly? The guys I'm with have polarized opinions. I kinda like it. What do you think?

Love it so much amazing under the skin too
Was at Legends yesterday too, great turnout as usual (especially the E9 crowd, goddamn)! Sad that we didn't get a Z5 concept this year, but the F1 GTR and 507's were pretty sweet. Saw a Z8 get busted by CHP, sadface

It's way way too big.
I know its a 4 seater GT but the ferrari design lines and appearance are in my head fit to a certain size.

The FF doesn't picture well like most modern cars.
I helped a client get a very exclusive FF years ago. When he finally got it he called me and said "I want you to see what you got me into." It is wider than you think. The leather smells better than you think and the grip and power are startling. Been in one twice and for a very affluent person it's an interesting proposition. A well thought out car when it initially came to market. And it still has no direct competition in the marketplace. The FF is very impressive. |

I could totally see myself driving one - and for the sole reason that it's relatively practical for a super car. Looks good in my books (minus wheels) and I've heard it's comfortable.

I thought they were disgusting when I first saw their reveal on motortrend some time ago, and saw one in person the other day and fell in love. To me it looks like the z3m coupe and z4 coupe made a baby (as far as the body lines go)....and spoon fed it steroids. Huge fan of it now

I normally like it - I'd have to say that that black one is the worst looking colour (for my taste) of that car I have seen, and I particularly dislike the tinted windows. Agree that it is some Frankenstein combo of the Z4 with the bread van Z3 coupe --- a combo that I actually quite like. Alas, the Ferrari costs much more than it looks ---and anyway, as for looks, I prefer the look of the Z4 coupe, which looks far better than it actually costs. Hah.

This is what I ment about size:
(20cm wider and almost 1meter (3ft) longer) When I parked my volvo V70 next to it one time (and that is a big car, similar to an audi A6 avant) I found out that the FF even dwarfed that. The specs on the FF are of course absolutely unbelievable. There's nothing that comes close in that class (the panamera turbo S is probably it's closest rival but with 4 doors)

I love it. And it's simply an astounding car. Yes, it's big, but that's kind of the point with a 4 seater. If I had the funds and if the following issues* could be addressed I'd buy one in a minute. It's got a lot going for it.
Chris Harris has a few things to say on it too: |

I think it looks strange and if I had the money for a Ferrari I wouldn't be worrying or want rear seats or AWD.

To add to my original opinion- another reason I think I like it so much is what someone else mentioned. Normal people with the money would buy some other Ferrari. I specifically chose my M because of how rare and uncommon it was. So the FF is just rare, a little weird, and not something everyone sees the value in. I guess that's why I like it.
