Feeler: Aero Front Bumper in Titanium Silver w/ Xpel Ultimate Clear Bra
I currently have an Aero bumper painted in Titanium Silver that I'm considering letting go. The PLUS is that the paint is in fairly good shape considering I had a custom clear bra (Xpel Ultimate) installed on day 1. The MINUS is that the film has seen its share of debris so there might be 1 or 2 spots where the film got damaged (bumper and paint is fine, it's just that 1mm area no longer has film). Also considering the Aero bumper sits lower than even the M bumper, the fangs have its share of scratches but that's me being totally upfront. With all that said, I would still consider the bumper to be 9/10. This bumper probably has more 'value' to someone who owns a TiAg car since he/she can keep the bra. Else it's probably not worth buying considering you'll have to remove the film and repaint. I'm tempted to keep the bumper and just use it as my 'track' bumper but for the right price I'm willing to let it go. My asking is $500. I believe Tischer's price is about that after shipping, paint was $300 and Xpel was another $350. Bumper is located in NNJ and I am NOT interested in shipping. Bumper comes with lower faux grills. You'll have to source your own fogs & tow hook cover (which is something you'd do even if you purchased bumper new). Last edited by 3002 tii; 06-16-2014 at 05:03 PM.. |

FYI body shop used Glasurit paint and high quality clear followed with oven bake. I waited 2 weeks to install the clear bra but I can't guarantee paint won't lift should you decide to remove the clear bra.

I'm thinking of running NASA Time Trial next season. Looking at the point modification list, I'm taking a massive hit on points from this BMW Performance Aero trim. Basically any add-on piece (functional or not) that is not part of the car's base backage will count as aero. For that reason, I'm thinking if I'm going to get docked for aero, I may as well do it right and get a real front lip or go back to stock. This applies to even my rear diffuser, but that piece is so rare (and possibly discontinued), I'm hesitant to sell that.

I would so pick it up from you if it sat higher than the M bumper. I have clearance issues by my street and it is chewing through my M bumper

I'm actually in the Alexandria, VA area now. PM me if you're interested, as I sold my fogs and would have to source new ones.
