A brand new OEM steering wheel but I got a “backordered” notification from Germany so there’s that. Goodies in the picture include red gauges from the recent group buy, Skyer’s carbon fiber radiator cover and engine cover, Turner Motorsport CSL airbox kit, Turner power pulley kit, Custom X-Pipe, DKF resonators for S-Pipe, illuminated ZHP shift knob, OE mats, windshield trim, and third brake light. I’m anxious to install these parts but even more anxious to drive my car again one day!
Nice loot, should be a totally different car when you get all these parts in. Whys' the car down?

Was the window regulator relatively easy to do? I couldn't find any DIY instruction for it. I've done all 4 regulators on my e53 X5, but since the Z's windows are frameless, I wasn't sure if the procedure would be similar to other BMWs.

Had my indie shop do it, and it was a pain in the ass even for them.

I bought it on eBay via Passport BMW from Maryland and it's for the Z4 2.5. However, they might have one for the Z4MC.

I did it in my old Z3 and my Z4M. Same procedure on both. It’s not complicated but kind of a hassle. I followed the DIY from Pelican. Here’s the link;

That’s what I’m hoping for so I can fall in love with it again because at this point, I hate it lol. No start issue. EWS preventing manipulation, not communicating with DME

I completely understand, mine has been down for around the same amount of time as I wait to bulletproof the engine (92k miles), but I know that can be a slippery slope as I look to upgrade other stuff as well. Just have had other priorities so the car is just sitting on a trickle charger. I really really miss driving it, especially when we have days in the low 70s. I've realized a while ago that this car is a keeper though.
