And on that topic, who here has done an SSK on their Z4 ///M ? What was the cost, and how hard was the install?

Bammered - I am considering doing the UUC SSK. Last time I checked its $325 for the kit. As far as the install I was planning to do it myself, but I am sure any reputable shop specializing in BMWs can do it. I can't see right now where you are from but if you are near NJ it is possible to take it to UUC and have it done there. They are located in Hillsborough in the central part of the state.
I have installed the UUC SSK on an E30 I have and I love it. Great quality and craftsmanship. Best of luck with the mod and let us know how it goes if you do it.

Wow...the overall tone has seemed to have decidedly turned south here recently! Is this imagined or real? Post can't really reflect when we are just teasing or goofing on someone or something. I usually enjoy reading the banter here but sometimes things get a little sharp edged. Unless there is some issue or two that I am unaware of; my feeling is we should lighten up a bit as well as take a little less offense over what is said and focus on each others positives.
