I was thinking about the following plate. It would have the physician's "MD" moniker and read "MMMM"

I still don't get the OP plate unless it is "ludicrous speed", as someone else guessed.

I chose ZENERGY for mine and I got it from someone on here or one of the other forums. TO ME, it just says it all.

Vanity plates are not for everyone and many feel that it's a stupid, over-the-top, self centered, motor head thing. Why attach your ego to a tool (car)? Yep, heard it all. First, most will never understand no matter what you say. It's not worth an argument. So now, when someone comments negatively or questionly on mine, I just smile and say, "You wouldn't understand," and change the subject. It gets them thinking, in most cases, about what they don't understand and wondering why you don't want to discuss it. I just love that!

I don't know, I could never get a personalized license plate...
But that's just me.

I have plans for a personalized plate in August when my tags are up for renewal. Still debating if I even want a personal plate.
Maybe you could get one that ISN'T about the car? Seems like everyone here so far has something related to the car ... seems kinda redundant to me in a way? LOL
