I'm doing a manual swap right now and I have all of the components of a SMG (sequential manual gearbox) from a 2003 BMW Z4. The transmission can also be used as a 6MT I'm told. I have the following components:
Transmission w/clutch actuator 23017547990KT and 23427571298 (new detent springs installed): $350 ($500 shipped), ($5000 for reconditioned model)
Shifter mechanism 25127507160, 25127507017, 25127525063, 25127524983 - $75
SMG transmission control module 23607557712: $150
SMG Transmission wiring harness 12517524112: $100
Clutch Kit (about 10 or 15K miles on it) includes clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing and clutch fork 21217528214: $100
