S pipe removal HELP

so i have my headers out and am trying to remove my s pipe to install the euro, i have the bolts that secure it out, yet the thing WILL NOT budge from the x pipe.

Any help would be appreciated as im under the car now

so embarrassed to say, but, i completely didn't realize their are THREE, not two, bolts connecting the s pipe to the x pipe.... very bush league of me. On another note, it looks like its impossible to remove the s pipe without removing the x pipe...

Yeah, that top bolt is a bitch.
Forces you to drop that whole thing.

I haven't removed the S pipe on the M Coupe but on the E46 you chould reach up there with a small ratchet.
