Need help finding transmission drain and fill plug

Hello, I drive a 2004 2.5i Z4 with an SMG transmission. It has about 73k miles on it and the gears are being sluggish and sometimes the gearbox doesn't re-act to my downshifting. I figure I would start by changing the transmission fluid and go from there, but for some reason I don't see any 17mm drain or fill plug. While I was under the car I noticed a leak as well which is included in the pictures. Any ideas on what it could be is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your kind help, everyone.

Drain is on the bottom. Should be the plug in first picture. Fill plug is on the side and should be the same plug. I cant tell the rest from the pictures :/

It must not be a 17mm then...I will get more pictures up Saturday for sure. Any ideas on what's leaking?
