Newbie questions.

I have searched, and I'm continuing to search, so I apologize if these have been asked before, but I'm having a hard time finding the answers.

1) Is there a way to make my momentary turn signal blink 3 times?

2) Is there a way to make the power to the cigarette light to turn off after the car has been off a while?

Sorry, my bad, esys is for F series, use NCSExpert for E series. There's a how to code thread here somewhere.
