Will 19x10.5 et28mm rear wheels fit a Z4MC?

I believe the back wheels would need spacers right? They were on an E46 M3. Beautiful HRE P40 wheels. Would love to have them on my my Z4MC.

I have 19x10 +25 in the rear which fits and I'm running a 10mm spacer on a 275/30/19 for a more aggressive look. You should be fine. Hope this helps.
