The airbag is the same but the spokes are not,

well, sort of,

the side spokes that have the buttons are the same size, but the bottom spoke is different,
and it would look dumb with the 2 sides in silver and the bottom in black,

So you will also need a set of M buttons and trim,
I don't personally think that wheel is a good deal or price

I believe one member of the forum bought a new M wheel with MFSW and spoke covers for around the same price from Tischer. The one he bought had black stitching not the multi color unit, but if stitching is not important to you, I would rather buy the one from Tischer.

That would be me, and the price for a complete wheel with all trim and MF buttons was $455 delivered. It is identical to the M wheel shown except it has black stitching instead of the tri-color stitching. I saw the wheel you found on Ebay and it is not a good deal as the cost to buy all of the trim and other pieces you need will add at least another $300. Throw in shipping and you are pretty much at the Tischer cost of the standard Z4 wheel.

I can't explain why they sell one wheel for double the price of the other but get whichever one makes you happy. The installation is quite easy and takes less than half an hour with no special tools. Just remember to disconnect the battery before you begin to keep all the airbag lights from coming on when you swap the airbag over.

heres a DIY for swapping over an M wheel: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79735

by the way, the MFSW buttons are the same part number and can be swapped over. I believe someone above had said you need the M buttons, but you do not.
