Yes they will fit. These rims come on e92/e93 328i's that have sport package.
To get a flush fit you might need to run spacers especially on the rear.
And also keep in mind that the sidewall is one size smaller than what your car comes stock with.
If memory serves right you are looking at a 3.6% difference in overall diameter of the wheel.
This means that your speedometer will show a slightly higher speed than what you are actually doing AND you will be racking up more KMs on the car than you are actually travelling.
Although 3.6% is not a big difference its something to keep in mind.
And if these are the original tires that came with those rims they will be runflats too .. so rougher ride.

Just my 2c.

Also keep in mind while these may be OEM wheels they are NOT CSL! As the member above pointed out these were the sport pkg wheels off the 328i. OEM CSL wheels from the E46 M3 were in 19" fitment. These will fit but they will not sit flush and frankly at $1400 it's a rip off.

I have decided to get 18'' Hyper black CSL rims. Regarding the offsets and clearances, what do I have to order? I want to order a set that will fit right on my Z4M Roasdter as is without having to put on spacers or anything else. I dont understand wheel fitment very well. Thanks in advance.

in general, most wheels for the e46 m3 will fit our cars quite well so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a set.

These are not CSL wheels. These are for non-M E9X. The rear offset is high. The front should work. The rear will be tucked in quite a bit.
