What wheels is this?

Love how these wheels make the car look. I'm guessing these are 19" and lowered because of how different and sportier it makes the car look, what do you think?

Also what wheels are these? And are there any other wheels you know of that look similar?

Those are AC Schnitzer Type IV. I looked for reps or something similar 2 years ago and did not find anything.
