OZ ultraleggera with Nitto Tires INVO

19 x 8.5 with a +29 offset and a 245/35/19 tire
19 x 10 with a +32 offset and a 275/35/19 tire

Should fit fine. Might rub up front under hard cornering though but the 35 profile tire should help .

Is this setup for a Z3M? The Z3M has a "bump" in the front fender liner towards the front bumper. Your 245 front tires will likely rub on the bumps when turning. You will know what I'm talking about. But the bump will be ground down by your tires very quickly and the rubbing will go away. No harm is done.

The Z3M rear has so much space you can fit 19x11 with the right offset.
