Question about the pulleys and tensioners

Minimal time to browse for diagrams and part numbers at the moment. Basically, belt started squealing so I got replacement idler and tensioner pulleys to find out neither are bad. Took the tensioner off to find, much to my amazement, the bolt holding it on was GONE! Found out it somehow broke off in the part that it mounts into so I need to remove and replace that. Anybody know the part name and number or can link me to the info?

Thanks in advance.

I think it's the oil filter housing, but you'll want a second opinion before running out and buying one.
