Part 1 - The Surprise

Hey All,

So here's the story....

Just a few weeks ago, I was talking to my son who lives in the Bay Area. He had mentioned to me of coming home early for Thanksgiving, and during our telephone conversation, I was sharing with him, my enjoyment and exciting time that I had at the recent Z4 Rally 09 in Riverside.

I did not realize that this got him thinking...

Earlier this week, my son had said that he would buy me a one-way ticket to San Francisco, so that I can accompany him on the drive back home. I was really perplexed and I told him that why does not just fly home alone?

Anyways, I flew up there last night, and he had surprised me with his new toy.

Well, I am proud to say that there's another Z4 in the family. I guess last Wednesday and after much thought, he decided to buy himself a Z4 MCoupe. I was excited and happy for him, and told him "Finally"!! I say this, because he has gone through so many vehicles, from an S2000, an Audi TT, Lotus Elise, another S2000 (which he still has) and so on...

Anyways, after our "fast" drive home, and looking at all the bug splats all over the front of the car, I immediately washed & waxed it for him. What was funny was when he wanted to park his awesome machine next his pops Z4. I laughed when he took his S2000 out of our garage and parked it out on the driveway, next the wife's car...lol

We will take pics of our cars, and hopefully he will start posting...
