need help please!!

my name is Vince and am from sydney, i recetly bought a exhaust system for my z4mr from a company called gthaus

around mid of Oct,by that time they told me there is one left in the stock but after i make the payment they advise me a 8 weeks waiting time,because it was too long to wait that why i was give up after i make the payment to them though paypal, i am asking for a refund back, after a month with email contact and several phone calls to their company,they keep telling me to wait few days for them to solve this matter,but it been one month already and i still havnt receive my money back,can anyone please help with this,what should i do next??

If you paid with a credit card via paypal, you can talk to your credit card company and try to file a claim. Otherwise there's probably not much you can do other than hoping gthaus is nice enough to either refund you or ship the mufflers to you.

gthaus used to be known as eisenhaus and they were the only U.S. authorized dealer for Eisenmann exhausts - until they got caught for making fake, cheaply made Eisenmann exhausts and selling them as authentics, as well as illegally branding and selling their meisterchaft exhausts as Eisenmann exhausts. Eisenmann took their license away. Somehow eisenhaus managed to avoid jail-time and came back as gthaus.

I am going through a similar problem with a sleeze bag wheel seller in Miami. Showed and described one set of wheels on ebay, and sent a set that looked like some kid had skate boarded with them. When I went to post feedback on ebay, he was no longer a registered user. I have filed a dispute and claim with pay pal and am expecting a full refund within a week or so. Contact pay pal, they have a 100% refund policy if you can prove the seller misled you or was not truthful in their ad.

i already contact to paypal two weeks ago,after their 10days investigation, gthaut paypal account has been deactived, but currently paypal cannot do anything with the seller,because am buying the item outside of ebay,they are not grarantee i can get the money back. they will take every cents from the seller account,but unfortuntly they have zero balacne left.

Yeah. Usually you can get things solved writing the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Attorney General for your location or the location where the business is. The Attorney General is almost always more effective because they have legal power while the BBB just tells everyone if you are a good business or not.

can you do a charge back with your credit card company? They basically take back the funds they sent out.

i just make a dispute with my credit card company, they advise that a 4-8weeks investigation waiting time.i guess i just have to wait!!

call paypal not email them speak with someone and tell them the situation it takes about 2 weeks for them to investigate and u get ur money back

If you did a chargeback with your cc company, paypal will probably terminate your account. Not that you probably care if you get your money back. Generally the CC company gets the money from paypal but then paypal is out of pocket, hence closing your account.

Unfortunately I believe if paypal rules in your favor they only pull money from the other person's account (usually balance is long gone) but won't/can't draw from their funding source.

Good luck getting any money back.

i already call them few time in last 4 weeks,the dispute has been closed, they only can take the money what ever they have in the seller paypal account,but unfortunaly they left zero balance there,paypal cannot do anything for it!!
