2004 to 2006 Differences

What are the majors differences in style and tech. between the 2004 and 2006 Z4.

in 2006 the following changed,

Engines, To the Newer N52, trans's all come 6 speed
Bumpers, Front and rear,
Fog lights, Tail lights, Headlights,
Wheels also changed to newer styles,

Thats all I can remember off the top off my head

2004 and 2005 are based primarily on the E46 hardware, the 2006+ post-facelift cars moved to E90 hardware, so the move from 2.5 and 3.0-liter M54 engines to 3.0-liter N52s.
