BMW Assist Safety Plan
Thinking of activating the SOS and Roadside buttons on the center console and wanted to get some feed back from the experts. For the pre 2007 group Is the $199/year good peace of mind or just more BMW inrichment? I don't have navigation so the convenience plan is definately wasted on my M.
Thanks!

The money would be better spent on a portable nav system. IMHO, of course.

Complete waste of money IMHO. If you own a cellphone, then you already have most of the functionality it provides.

Agreed. Someone should figure out a way to wire up the wrench button to some sort of on-car automated jacking system. Now that'd be a way useful and way cool thing for that otherwise useless button to do.
