buying 19" CSL for my 07' coupe 3.0si..

I am purchasing a set of 19" matte black csl's for my 2007 bmw z4 coupe 3.0si. They are 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the back, and the offsets are ET40 (front) and ET 45 (rear). The tires are 235/35/19 in the front and 235/35/19 in the back. I plan on lowering the car an inch or two as well and want to see if I will need spacers or anything else in order for these wheels to fit my car with no rubbing issues or sticking out from the fenders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

On staggered wheels? Rears should go bigger....

What size do you have in the front? Can you post up any pictures?

the wheels/tires on my car are the EXACT same sizes and offsets front and rear as the ones you are looking to buy. only difference is my rear tire is 265/30/19.
