Did they go belly up ???? Site's gone, haven't seen it on the news stand in a long time.

Sux if they did... was a cool mag.

Lots of publications went belly up.

Modified is still around, but they've absorbed sport compact car.

European car went belly up and got absorbed by Road and Track I believe.

They're all sister publications so I guess it was bound to happen.

I wouldn't be surprised if Modified Luxury & Exotics went bye bye.

The ones I'm most disappointed about are Sport Compact Car and European Car.

But must say Modified is doing a good job taking over the gaps and isn't all distasteful with scantily clad girls and rice rockets. They've done a good job picking up the tech side of things and working on being a good publication.

But that's just my 2 cents.

I think MLE went under one or two issues after profiling Rom3n's car. I didn't hear about European Car, and their web site is still up. In fact, they finally posted the last installment of their Z4MC project, oddly combined with a story about the Cayman project.

That sucks... I have a subscription to European Car that I just got a couple months ago.

Did they switch you to road and track?

I had an email from European Car trying to get me to subscribe to Road and Track... I can only assume cuz they went under. SCC for sure has gone under and its writers have merged with Modified Mag.
