Same set up and love it!

My biggest regret was adding the RE midpipes to the mix. So much rasp and drone. My car seriously sounded like a Civic with straightpipes. Sold them after they were on the car for a week. lol

Craziness. I switched to the SS Race and it is lovely. My wife doesnt even complain, so it cant be that loud.

none....

but one of the better ones was a DKF section 1 coated with all the right bits brand new for 400 bucks!! that was a win, the owner didn't want the shit, in the end with my car being s/C it all worked out perfectly for me. Very sad for the original people that stood by DKF as they did get a real shit storm. Doug however was nothing but a really honest genuine person trying to bring awesome bits for the car. i REALLY feel for him, his losses were greater than anyone can imagine and STILL he delivered in the end when he didn't have to, and where many would have run off. I respect him.

That's good dude, I like that one!

I wish there was an egg emoticon because I would have dropped that sucker in.

1- recaro pole position seats (should have stuck with stock seats or something reclinable and more plug and play)
2- ESS supercharger beta kit VT2-500, should have waited for VT2-525 official kit or went with Gpower for more torque. NA was also a good $$$$ option with almost the same amount of fun

Having a shop do my rod bearings. Worst mistake/mod/repair ever.

RPIs may be a little loud with headers coming into the mix, but we'll see after she's rebuilt.

I don't totally regret it, but I have sort of a love/hate relationship with my RPI's. I love how it dramatically changes the sound of the car and it has definitely mellowed out after a month or so of use.

Now, the thing I dislike about the RPI's is that ever since I've put them on, everywhere I go I always get at least one dude in a riced out Honda trying to prove himself. Fun at first watching them disappear from my rear view mirror, but it gets old fast.

Same here. I should've waited for an M. I'm still waiting for ESS to release their supercharger for the Z4. Maybe then I won't regret it.

I think this until I am driving my slow little 3.0i. Then I am glad I did not get anything faster/quicker. As the last speeding altercation would have ended with jail time

It is already there for a pretty good deal I think:
http://esstuning.com/ess-n51-52-vt1-...harger-system/

295whp (so roughly 347 at the crank) for the VT1+ option. Pretty good upgrade for the price (€55 (ex VAT) per crank HP)
I wonder if the 3.0i n52 (so the US detuned version) gets the same HP amount.

Jumped in head first for mods on my previous FR-S and learned my lesson to plan a more strategic attack. Going slow on the /M even though it had a few things done when I bought it.

Enjoying the car as is, needs some bodywork in the meantime and perhaps Euro headers at a later date.
