Clutch chatter
I am a happy owner of a Z4 coupe 3.0. The car is perfect but there are some issues I have to cope with. The main issue is the clutch chatter. After some search in some others forums I noticed that this must be a common problem. HAs anyone had problems with the clutch? Is this a problem or something annoying. Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about chatter on clutch let out then it is pretty normal considering that I believe both 3.0i and M use an unsprung clutch disc which is different from most cars on the road.

When the engine is idle, I hear a tak tak tak...Then I press the clutch pedal and the sound disappears. Apart from that the clutch works perfect

I have a certain amount of clutch plate chatter when I de-clutch first gear. My mechanic says it's from the two plates in the twin-plate clutch separating as they spin down. Seems logical in the absence of any information to the contrary.

Except that it's not a twin disk clutch. But it is normal.
