Help idtifying part bumper to engine splash shield

Hiya, can anyone help me identify this part name, part number and a source to buy , seems like unabtainauim and the local BMW dealer says no part exists in his catalog. Thank you in advance

Really? Thank you and crap, I didn't order a lower grill because I replaced it with a really cool nice fitting curved LED light Bar, and didn't think I would need it, I hate to buy one just to cut it up. Anyone have a used one they want to get rid of?

Where/what kind of driving do you do that you need and can use a light bar?

Every time I see some moron driving wit this on on the public road blinding other drivers I have a thoughts crossing my mind that you'd go to jail for. So F*****G lack of decency and respect to other road users. But looks cool??? For some. It probably says for off road use only ina Z4😂😂😂 but who gives a damn. I think I've already seen all in this country. Including colored headlight bulbs tires sticking out pass vehicle body panels post accident cars driving without bumpers and headlights the list goes on. Almost everywhere in Europe you'd be pulled over and had a vehicle towed to impound yard suspended registration and not allowed back on the road until issues resolved and confirmed by test station.
