Weird clutch problem, '03 Z4 2.5i

Hi guys, I have a weird problem with my 2003 Z4 2.5i manual. When I want to set off from standstill, the clutch emits a weird ticking sound and sometimes the pedal and the whole car vibrate as I set off. However, this only happens when I set off with very little throttle, so only by very gently letting go of the clutch pedal. However, if I use a bit of throttle and set off at around 1750-2000 RPM, the noise and vibration coming from the gearbox go away. In any other driving situation, the clutch and gearbox feel normal. Any idea what this problem may be? Clutch? Dual mass flywheel? Clutch release bearing? Driveshaft giubo? I'm not sure. Thanks!

Just guessing here. Perhaps the clutch disc is binding a bit on the input shaft splines. Could also be glazing on the disc or pressure plate.
