over heating

i have a 2003 E85, 2.5 M54 engine.

my car overheats at idle pretty quickly. The upper radiator hose has good pressure, so does the lower. im not sure if my thermostat is stuck closed and the water pump weak. im not getting any heat in the cabin. I removed the rear core hose going into the firewall and there is water going into the hcore.

im not getting any codes. i did the bleeding of the coolant thru the top screw valve. im stuck now, im thinking its the water pump even though i have pressure at top hose.
