bolting up RS-D's

Hi guys, quick question. I have a set of RS-D's I'm installing on my car and it seems like they don't fit around the hub like the OEM wheels do (i.e. the center bore of the Advans seems slightly smaller than OEM so the wheel doesn't sit flush against the hub). So my questions are:

1) Is this safe?
2) What can I do to address the gap between the wheel and hub?

Figured it out... too much powdercoat build-up. They look awesome!

Here are a couple quick iphone pics (I couldn't find the media card for my D50). Specs are:
19x8.5 +35 - 245/25
19x10 +20 - 275/35

Lowered on H&R springs. The rears are definitely tight and probably too aggressive for most but I love it. Right now I'm running -2 degrees of camber on the rear but I plan on bumping it up to -3.

Big thanks to forum member Pakman for the wheels and Robert at EAS for the Storm Gray powdercoat and tires. I couldn't be happier. Full photo shoot coming soon.
