Does anyone know what the green triangle latch in the coupe trunk does?

Don't pull it !!! It pops off the roof and ejects your passenger seat...

Kidding, its a safety release in case someone stuffs you in there that opens the trunk...

Sure it all fun and jokes now but millions of people die every day by accidently folding themselves into fourths and rolling into the trunk while working alone in the garage then not being discovered for days until the spouse opens the trunk to put in the weekly groceries.
That handle wouldnt be there unless there was a lawsuit for just that very reason.

It saved me when I was plugging In my battery charger and leaned too far in, lost balance and my wife "accidentally" slammed the trunk lid closed. Lucky the charge on the glow-in-the-dark was fresh enough for me to see it.

That's exactly what happened to me! Having been stuck on a escalator for over an hour when the power went out taught me to keep a cool head in these types of Situations.

Escalator or elevator? How do you get stuck on an escalator and get terrified?

Its similar to getting hit with the 'Don't Walk' sign half way across the intersection.

That is scary. I was told to duck and cover in that situation.
