Potential New Owner! Neeed Help Checking out Z4 M Roaster in North Austin, Texas

Hello,
I am in the process of finalize a deal to trade for a 2006 Z4 M Roaster! I am from Connecticut and the Z4M is in Texas. I will most likely have the PPI done then drive down there for the swap (if everything goes well). Please let me know if anyone in the North Austin, TX area has sometime to go and check out the car for me. I believe the car is posting as "for sale" in this forum. It would be great to have a 3rd set of eyes looking at it before i make the 2k miles down there. Please pm me or post here and i will get in touch with more details! Thank you so much in advance...

Wow... someone swapping a '07 M Coupe for an '06 Roadster. Don't see many people going from the Coupe to the Roady.

Oops, sorry guys! I should have been more cleared. I gave up my Coupe couple years ago because i needed a more practical car (ended up with a 2009 VW GTi). Now, i came to my senses and would like to get another Zed and a beater for practical purposes. Anyway, the guy and I were going to swap cars base on trade-in values (with a good chunk of cash from my end of course:-). However, the guy changed his mind and will sell the car locally instead. Oh well, I will have to keep looking.
