Powerflex Polyurethane FCAB's

Just purchased Powerflex Polyurethane Bushings from Bimmerworld. Anyone have opinions on these? I've read i that you should use some type of grease (like marine grease) when mounting the bushings to the control arms so that you don't get any noise from them. However, I've also read that applying grease is a horrible idea and that you should use a lubricant that completely dries up to reduce any movement in the bushings. Any ideas?

I used Dawn soap on my Bavauto rubber bushings. Not sure about urethane though. Do they require periodic lubrication?
