Differential talk: 1 way, 1.5 way, or 2 way

Looking for advice for my differential replacement/upgrade I will be doing next month along with 3.91 gears. For track duty, do you consider the 1 way or 1.5 way diff better and why? I'm actually leaning towards 1 way as of now but any knowledgable input is greatly appreciated.

Also, what is the average lifespan of the stock M diff with consistent track duty?

I highly recommend talking to Jim Blanton at performance gearing.
He's a great guy to talk to and will tailor a built to your needs.
