S54 Alternatory Pulleys (Deflection & Tensioner) Torque

Try as I might, I have not found a definitive verdict on the torque spec for the Alternator deflection pulley and Tensioner pulley bolts (T50 and 16mm?). I have in the TIS found a spec of 40nm for the deflection pulley bolt for an N52 engine but nothing for the S54. And I can't find anything for the Tensioner pulley bolt.

For those who have changed these pulleys, what did you use? Also thinking of getting a new T50 bolt as I'm reading those have stripped on people.
