'07 BMW E85 / looking for history...

Hello all,

I am about to pull the trigger on this '07 E85 Z4 M AW on IR with 69k on it:

Anybody might know anything about this Z4 M? It had a "minor" accident on 12/23/13 on the right hand side? No frame damage but dealer doesn't know anymore about it...

Looks like it had an RPI exhaust but it is now back to the OEM. Everything else stock, dealership replaced the OEM stick shift and a light bulb. Straight panels, paint is in good knick, interior is scratch free...
I will of course do a local PPI before purchase. BTW any Los Angeles mechanic / places you recommend for a thourough PPI?

I would certainly appreciate help from fellow members and other BMW enthusiasts.

Hopefully you get is soon, I been interested in getting a Roadster too, I miss my convertible days.... I was checking this Z too but I am between this or a S1000RR which I really want too. If you get this nice combo Z it will make my choice easier xD

Reporting after the PPI...
I will pass on the information so it might help others. Went to Precision Motors in Tarzana and Vanik did a very good Inspection. Shout out to him!

Car has some deferred maintenance.
-Oil was changed but all other fluids need a flush and refill.
-Brakes fluid is dirty.
-No frame damage from the minor accident on the back right hand panel.
-The convertible top is noisy and fluid might need replacement.
-Some heavy curb rash on wheel (same place as accident).
-There is engine code regarding the air intake. Maybe after the previous owner changed from an RPI exhaust back to OEM???

Overall for the price, with an accident on the Carfax and about maybe 2K in maintenance (unless you can do it yourself) I was told there are better options out there...

Maybe offer the dealer $15,500 out the door price? Wouldn't that work?
