Best comment yet lol. I like the originals as well. Nothing I have seen yet either. A good mix of concave/steplip/brushed and polished metals and a modern look

another wheel with same finish

The SSR's were actually my first though when I saw the thread title. Love those wheels, who cares if some JDM car has them. Why not show them how it's done? They're awesome wheels in their own right.

CCW makes some good looking 5 spokes too iirc.

My CCW Classic actually clear my Performance Friction BBK in 18x9.5 et32, which is not too agressive with a 1" lip.

Other models like Lm20, Lm5, ... , won't clear BBK without a thick spacer.

BTW car looks good on this photoshop

It is hard to capture how a wheel will actually look on the car, since you can only photo shop head on unless you have an ideal donor photo or you are really good at photo shop lol. But I have a feeling the rennen forged will look great with my setup and the right offsets. The best thing is I can still have that deep concave look with a large polished lip

I think the last set looks best too, however I cant stand the rolled edge on the stepped lips. Classic edge stepped lips are the way to go

Your car is one of the nicest/cleanest on the forum but I think your wheels looks too conservative. It would look nice with some Rotiform SJC race, HRE Vintage 501 or 505, BBS E88, Work Meister S1 3p, Work Brombachers, ...

If you want to go 5 spokes, I would look for Work Meister or Work Equip in 19'' with steplips.

BTW, I just buy a set of AC Schnitzer Typ2 3pieces in 19" with steplips. Same as Platinum child expect that they are 19" instead of 18".

I love my bbs e88, and glad I went that route....

I know that they are not 5 spoke, but there are some new volks coming out in 2014, including a new version of the te37 called te37 ultra edition?
