My 135mm crank pulley and 2345mm belt arrived today. That's fast and impressive for them to take care of the issue asap. Impressive to say the least. It will be installed today and I will give an update.

With the new 135mm pulley, it pulled 9.1psi on the first pull! Thanks George and ESS for being prompt to take care of it.

Awesome Sean glad it worked out for you, I'm almost good to go as well.I just have to replace my original thermostat its sticking lol.... Overheated at idle , cooled flushed out the system and it was good to go, downside of running 100% water with water wetter you lose the lubricity of the antifreeze. Car is running strong though at full boost as well!. Dyno to come next Tuesday!

Did you figure out what size you have on the supercharger pulley?

My Vt2-500 kit lists the CRANK puller 5mm smaller, at 130mm. My supercharger pulley is listed at 3.33". I'd like to re-measure both tomorrow, I'm getting 1-2 psi lower boost in 3rd gear vs 2nd

Ours is the 525, not the 500.

I have measured both with calipers to confirm, but I now have what George said: 79mm supercharger pulley and 135mm crank pulley.

Beedub, said that his sc pulley measured 3.25" if I remember correctly.
Your saying that yours is 3.33"

0.22" converts to 5.588 mm which from my reading is a big difference in pulley sizes.

Mine and George's is 3.11". Btw, I am not sure if I should be worried, but I pulled more psi in 3rd gear: 9.6

Maybe I have the 570 kit

I'm sure it does but I don't need more than one cat less car. Btw, I told the misses that i would keep the car: stock, quiet, comfortable and civilized.

135mm and 79mm pulleys would spin the SC ~1000rpm faster (49000 vs 48000) than the 570 setup.

No, I'm saying you should get similar boost as the 570, maybe more.

I'm sure the return pipe from the radiator was cold despite water temps of 230 , when it popped back open temps went back down to 190's almost instantly , fan was running fine .

Definitely stronger or more whine at 20mph, low rpm's. It feels amazing, beautiful and has me smiling.

I did not change the intake since I was dealing with the other stuff, like boost. Since, I am getting more boost now I probably won't do something as drastic as I was going to do.

I will definitely post pics of the construction.

Hmmm... I thought they were designed to fail in the open position, with water cycling through the radiator. Might be a stupid question, but did you bleed the system after the flush?

Sean was kind enough to let me give his car a spin yesterday. Reactions: "wow", "holy cow", and uncontrollable laughter! Just driving normally, aside from a bit of whine, it's not there. But get on it, and the power keeps building and building. Sort of reminds me of the way power is delivered with the S65, but there's more here, and it's quicker and more intense.

Quite an unexpected treat to be able to give this car a spin, and the kit is quite amazing.
