Did he at least fire it up for you? I would love to hear how it sounds running.

I guess you guys haven't seen this! DA motorsport has a turbo kit, no idea if anyone has it or not. Just thought id throw it out there.

DA advertise one, but they've never successfully delivered a complete kit. It's been the subject of much debate on other forums.

DA is infamous in the M3 world for making shitty FI products. I've seen that before and would stay way the hell away from it.

Anyone know how the ECU is re-flashed? Is there a handheld tuner involved? or a Chip.

That is how I reflash my other supercharged domestic cars.

I just wonder Vortech does it with BMW

Not sure on the Zed, I hope Rom3n reads this and chimes in with what they did on his car.

I have some tuning coming for my car very soon, should be programmed via OBDII though, nothing exotic.

Right now for ESS flashes you have to send your ECU to the person who does it here in AZ and he will next day it back. The file is sent to him and he has the hardware to do the work. This is the only way to make sure it is done correctly. This is done while the kit is being installed and is back by the time the hardware is finished.

Most other FI tuners do it the same way.
