UUC tranny mounts with cups

Has anyone had a hard time putting in the 4 bolts holding the engine mount bracket after replacing with UUC tranny mounts? It's not that I can't get my fingers in between the bracket and the exhaust pipe---the holes just don't line up anymore.

I have the black neoprene with the cups and I cannot get 1 of the four bolts connecting the brace to go back into the hole. I think the aluminum cups make the transmission bushing a little too wide (pushes against the transmission) and the transmission brace bolts can't line up completely with the holes.

Has anyone had this problem? I'm thinking about replacing the offending bushing with a stock one and calling it a day. I spent almost two hours trying to align one of the bolts.

I'm going to try to get the cups off the enforcers tonight...man, they're stuck in there tight.

See my PM I send you, put the brace on first (loose) and then install the mounts, cup side down. Its tought to get the top nuts tight but a small socket wrench makes it work out ok.

Thanks for all your help. I ended up removing the cups and installed with the aftermarket neoprene bushings---didn't feel like messing with it anymore.
