any idea how much these repairs should cost ?

So I took my car to the shop for a oil change and they recommended I fix these things

- thermostat replacement
-main belt
-crankcase vent valve drain hose
"-transmission pan gasket is leaking , service?"

Is any of this easy to do on my own ? How much should all this run me? Are these serious issues, or should I get to fixing them right away? Sorry for all the questions I got the car like a month ago I just don't wanna mess it up lol. And I want to have an idea of the cost so i can get a good deal at a shop. Thanks!

I don't think you should lose any sleep over any of it.

- thermostat replacement
Typical symptom is the engine won't come up to temp in cold weather, or won't maintain temp during high speed cruise, especially down hill.
If you're not seeing these symptoms, I wouldn't worry.

- main belt
Inspect it yourself. Replace it yourself.

- crankcase vent valve drain hose
Sounds like the drain back to the oil pan. Is it dribbling oil?
Don't worry about oil loss. It's lost oil already.
Probably also easy to do yourself.

- transmission pan gasket is leaking , service
I'm assuming it's an automatic? I don't know anything about this on a Z4, but on any automatic trans I've owned it's a good idea to have it drained and refilled, and the filter replaced, every 60k miles or so. This would include a replacement gasket.
How much it will cost will depend on where you take it.
Find a good indie mechanic. Don't let Jiffy Lube touch your car.

I just got it in the mail, FCP Euro in CT sells bmw transmisison kit, i think its pan, gasket, fluid, etc. I did a quick look, it was like 295 for the parts.. so you can do it yourself. or find the parts yourself and diy

If the trans pan has a drain plug, which I would hope BMW thought of, it should be an easy DIY.
I did this back in the day with a '78 Suburban that didn't have a drain plug.
I figured I would just take out the bolts and tilt the pan into a drain pan.
Surprise! Fluid level was well above the pan.
I think it goes down as the biggest mess I've ever made in my life.

Thanks for the detailed response man ,I think i am going to change the main belt and the thermostat myself . What signs of wear should I look for in the belt, will it's wear be obvious? Also is the main belt the serpentine belt? Because I googled "main belt" and "z4 drive belt " "serpentine belt" and "water pump alternator belt came up

Yes, it's the serpentine belt.
Look for cracks on the side that faces the pulleys.
Check the AC belt while you're at it.
It's the shorter one low on the right side.
