service engine soon
Well I did something stupid- after filling the M I was so worried about spilling the gas while filling container for seadoo that i drove to Barrie area with gas cap off. Ive read that it should reset? but ive driven about 250kms so far. Will it eventually go out or will pulling the neg battery cable do the trick?

I had a faulty seal on my 06 roadster that did the same thing.
You need to go through a few stop/start drive cycles for it to reset itself. 6-8 should do. ....or do a codes reset
