Yes it's been out for a while but I was specifically referring to OP who has 3.0si - this new promo is only for the N52.

Call to see if ant shops are around, if so all done via flash. Check e90post NA tuning thread, Viral (AA rep) posts there - he can verify any AA authorized indy shops as well.

met with pepe at pily motorsports this past weekend and was impressed by his depth of knowledge and passion for all things cars. he has an immaculate vintage vw beetle in 'herbie' trim and an equally well appointed red 996 turbo. i'm seriously rethinking my need for any kind of ecu tune though since i'm more than happy with my car's performance, not to mention it's still under warranty till august 2012. his complete detailing packages are also exceedingly expensive!

someone mark my words, but i think i'm officially done on the mod front already am thoroughly enjoying the m coupe to its fullest....

Nah, cosmetic mods come next. You'll decide you want the reflector delete, then matte black grills... and suddenly you're eyeing aftermarket wheels. I didn't make any cosmetic mods for a year and a half, and now I'm finding all kinds of things I want to do.

^already have all four reflectors professionally paint-matched, and am convinced matte black grills and interlagos blue won't carry off with my silver oem wheels, of which the latter i'm happy to keep

This is one of "those threads I should stay out of" as it's going to cost me money.

the vw is actually an 02 or an 04 i think. its the last year they produce the old bug body in mexico so he bought a special herbie edition one that commemorates it. really cool car though, that and his porsche its beautiful

just in case anyone was wondering, ive flashed my car back to stock for the sale and there is a VERY noticable difference between before and after. i feel as though it idles a little smoother, but far less power in the midrange thus making the high end feel a little less weak. very different ooverall and perhaps less responsive though it could be in my mind
