Torn Window Rubber Gasket (for wing mirror)

Anyone with this torn window rubber gasket on their A pillar for the mirror? How did you fix this? Or did you just left it alone? Is the gasket available? Thanks.

Thank you! Have you tried replacing this on your car? Just wondering how difficult would it be and would I need to remove the door panel? I'm hoping that I just have to remove the tweeter and unbolt the mirror to replace this? Thanks again for the part number.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
